Inside the Retreat and Meeting Center is a room with chairs and tables, WiFi, fire place, screen, projector, and sound system, and open windows to a full commercial-grade kitchen with heating/serving tables. There is everything you need for a meetings and retreats. Plus, a full basement that includes room to spread out and a back porch that overlooks the woods - a perfect place for some quiet reflection in the midst of the meeting time.

OVERNIGHT RETREATS
The Retreat Center has two wings of dormitories, each with its own bathroom with multiple sinks, toilets, and showers. Each wing has four dormitories with four bunk beds, making room to sleep 64 people. The mattresses are high-quality beds purchased in 2021, making them some of the most comfortable camp-beds you’ll ever lay down on. Each room has its own window air conditioner. Combined with the large kitchen, the overnight accommodations have the potential to bring any youth group, family reunion, team, or staff closer together. Each group must bring their own linens and food. A large Hy-Vee grocery store is only a four mile drive up Rt. 67, making stocking up for big meals an easy trip.
UNDER THE GREAT OAKS
Outside there is a covered pavilion that is 120’x80’. It includes 12 large, very sturdy picnic tables that seat eight people. Under the pavilion there are also three charcoal grills. The grounds are covered with large oak trees, nearly making the three acres of green space entirely under the shade. There is a basketball court with hoops on both ends, a sand volleyball pit, a fire pit with fixed benches, a large swing, a children’s swing set, and lots of open space for flag football, capture the flag, or just relaxing under the tall oaks.

Camp Milan Retreat and Meeting Center is the best kept secret in the Quad Cities. It is within a 30-minute drive of anywhere in the Quad Cities, and yet feels like a secluded, woodsy retreat. The retreat center lies on 9 acres that is divided into two sections. The front section includes ample parking, large covered pavilion, basketball court, sand volleyball, and large green space for games and reflection. The back has a small wooded area with a shallow creek running through it. The woods do not have trails cut out, but the boundaries are well-defined and there is plenty of room to walk between the huge oak trees (keep your eye our for poison ivy). The retreat center sleeps 64, and has meeting space for up to 100. There is audio/video equipment, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Stay for four hours, all day, or overnight.
